Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe, a mixed race British-Nigerian child was born into an ethnically diverse family from South London. Her mother and father have both been English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was fourteen years old. She went to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London which she graduated with an acting BA. In her time at the school, she performed in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V's Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe got her start in acting by starring in a movie titled Storm Damage. She has since made appearances in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film appearance was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Her success led her to play Elisha in a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. In 2008 she landed Bambi's role on ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was in the series 2 and 3. Madekwe also played the lead character in How to lose friends & alienate people and be apathetic, which premiered on Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2008. Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe first aired in the US in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama show ran in the US on The CW for only two episodes, before it was cancelled. In February 2011, she was cast as Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. In late May 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe who had played a regular role in the previous two seasons was to leave the series with a guest appearance on the premier episode of the new season. She was Tituba in the show Salem between 2014 and. Madekwe was married to her long-time love, Iddo. They worked together in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He was also a part of the cast alongside Madekwe on Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario and was a part of a large family. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty and four older brothers -Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's brothers were athletic and played baseball during summers and hockey during winters. Ashley did not have the ability to walk but she was able to dance. At the age of two, she started Baby Ballet and fell in with. Ashley was captivated by dancing at the age of. Ashley was a competitive dancer in all the major divisions up until her graduation from high school. The competitions she participated in included ballet, tap, jazz and pointe, as well as Acrobatics. She was the top soloist in big competitions, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
